Black Friday, holiday sales and giveaways are all words that have grown to define the holiday season. Each year, it seems the success of the holiday season is based on how many products are sold. Whether it be competition between friends on who got the best gifts or most gifts, or competition between siblings on who got the most expensive gifts, the holiday season has lost its true meaning over time. The greed and loss of the true meaning behind the holiday season have made people blind to the point that they don't see they are trampling over others or fighting with strangers over material things.
