AURORA - It might be something, but it could be nothing.

That's the caveat Downtown Development Director Karen Christensen attached to an early-stage proposal for condos and office space in the Elks Club building at Stolp Avenue and Benton Street.

A presentation on Mayan Condos is scheduled for tonight's joint meeting of two downtown oversight committees - the Riverwalk Commission and FoxWalk design review.
