Girls Scouts are serving as acolytes, ushers, readers and greeters at churches across the country today. They're donning their uniforms for worship to kick off Girl Scout Week, which begins with Girl Scout Sunday and concludes Saturday with Girl Scout Sabbath. The observances provide opportunities for girls and teens to be recognized as Scouts in their respective houses of worship or to explore other faith traditions.
