He admitted landing his airplane on a snow-covered golf course so his teenage son wouldn't be late to a tennis lesson, but Robert Kadera didn't do anything reckless, his attorney said.

"He doesn't believe he made any decisions that put his life, his son's life or anyone's life in jeopardy,'' attorney Don Morrison said of Kadera, who pleaded guilty Wednesday to criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
