By Tim O'Brien Correspondent Hosting a doubleheader against Mount Carmel on Saturday, the Brother Rice Crusaders showed they won't live and die with the home run. Of course, having the ability to hit the long ball is a nice fallback option. In the opener, the Crusaders slapped out seven singles and drew seven walks. In the second game, a home run proved to be the difference. The methods may have been different, but the results were the same. No. 1 Brother Rice won 7-1 and 6-3 to stay undefeated.
