Grace Lutheran Church in downtown Glen Ellyn is celebrating 100 years as a congregation this year.
Coinciding with the celebration, the church embarked on a year-long renovation project, including a new elevator, that is almost complete.
To celebrate the 100th anniversary and to use the elevator for the very first time, the women of the congregation came together for a multi-generational tea May 2.
Titled "Memories and Merriment," the Victorian tea drew women and girls of all ages.
