Chicago Former head of psych center found guilty A federal court jury on Tuesday convicted the former chief executive of the former Rock Creek Center in Lemont and a physician who was affiliated with the psychiatric center of participating in a bribery and kickback conspiracy. Wendy Mamoon, 50, of Milwaukee, the former CEO, and Dr. Roland Borrasi, 56, of Burr Ridge, each were found guilty on all counts after a three-week trial in U.S. District Court in Chicago. Their sentencings were set for Oct. 6.
