Dear Fixer:We ordered an acai berry supplement that was advertised for 99 cents. We received the product, but two weeks later they charged us $39.95 for an additional product. Then this company charged us $82.31 for another product (Detoxidant) that we never ordered.

The company says the 99 cents was only for shipping and when you order you are signing up for a subscription. I was able to cancel the subscription, but was not able to get a refund for the Detoxidant, which I neither ordered nor received. I never got a full understanding of what the $39.95 was for.
