Dr. Lori Ann Kuwik Dr. Lori Ann Kuwik, 51 of Sugar Grove, passed away Wednesday September 2, 2009 after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her father, Frank; her life partner, Mike; her ex-husband, Mike; her cousins and many friends; her beloved furry children, Angel, Buddy and Bailey also survive her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Estelle; and her aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held Sunday September 6, 2009 at The Healy Chapel 370 Division Drive Sugar Grove, IL from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Warren, MI at a later date.
