Article: Foster slates third telephone town hall

On Monday, U.S. Rep. Bill Foster of Geneva will have the third in a series of telephone town halls on health care and will wrap up a drive to contact every registered voter with a working phone in the 14th Congressional District.

That numbers about 260,000 people in roughly 189,000 households, according to Foster's communications director, Shannon O'Brien. This third round will see 90,000 homes called twice - once a day or two before the town hall and once as it begins.
