The new owner of France's leading conservative daily, Le Figaro, moved quickly Thursday to reorganize the newspaper's leadership, presiding over the hiring of a new editor in chief and a publisher, along with the departure of two top business executives. Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault, the French warplane manufacturer, announced that Nicolas Beytout, 48, currently the editor of the business daily Les Echos, would take over as editor in chief of Le Figaro.
