(Cavalier Daily) (U-WIRE) CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Members of the Virginia Tech University chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People are voicing concerns about the administration's response to a reported racially motivated vandalism that occurred at the school last weekend.
