(The Diamondback) (U-WIRE) COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Wendy's, a bastion of America's most healthy cuisine, nailed the chicken on the head with its famed 1980s ad campaign. In numerous television spots, senior citizen Clara Peller, in her lovely voice, posed the question, "Where's the beef?" inferring that you could only get a good burger at Wendy's.

But seriously, in memory of Peller, I now ask the University of Maryland, "Where's the beef?"

On a daily basis, I eat so many different forms of mashed up, variably cooked, processed chicken that my stomach yearns for a good swig of some Pepto-Bismol to just get me through the long day.
