TURNER: First, let me thank all of you for joining us on this
conference call. I wanted to make you aware of a report that we are releasing
today, the Democrats on the House Homeland Security Committee. It's a
document entitled "America at Risk: GOP Choices Leave America Vulnerable."
I thought it was appropriate to issue this document today,
particularly in light of the fact that the president's making a major statement,
or just concluded one, in New Jersey ...
