Two brothers were formally charged with murder Tuesday in the stabbing death of a 16-year-old Portland youth last week.

Antwane and Brandon Mills turned themselves in to authorities early Tuesday and were brought before Judge Thomas Warren. The men entered no plea and are being held in maximum security at Cumberland County Jail pending a hearing next week on whether they should be entitled to bail.
