Monday, November 22, 2004 -- Pharmaceutical companies are using a loophole in the law to advertise prescription drugs directly to the public rather than only to physicians. Disturbed by the trend, the Health Ministry commented on Sunday that it is trying to find a way to plug the loophole so the advertisements in the general media stop, The Jerusalem Post has learned.
