CHEF Yap Wai Leong is promoting his Herbal Speciality dishes till Jan 15 at De' Fairmont Hotel in Ipoh.
Yap, 33, who has 15 years' experience in cooking Eastern and Western food, has specially prepared several new herbal dishes for the promotion.
