If you've been humming holiday carols since October, like my mother, or even before that for her, 'tis the season. There's Nat King Cole with "The Christmas Song," Bing Crosby with "White Christmas," of course, and you can't open up the gifts under the tree unless you've heard Stevie Wonder sing "Ave Maria." But behold, another Christmas CD is born, and it comes wrapped in a legislative package from Republican Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah. The compilation of tunes is called "Orrin ...
