China Publishes Refined Oil Operation Management Rules
CHINA, Dec 16, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- On December 8, the Ministry of Commerce of China published refined oil operation management rules, which will be implemented from January 1, 2005.
According to the rules, the Ministry of Commerce of China will be the watchdog in Chinese refined oil market, and the commercial departments of all the provinces and regions should take control of its own area.
The regulations also specify the management of refined oil's wholesale, storage and retail operations.
