JOHOR BARU, Mon. - Employers should promote mental health care among their workers if they want high productivity and efficiency at their workplace.

Failure to do so may lead to poor work performance, frequent illness, absenteeism, accidents and high staff turnover.
National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye (picture) said issues related to mental health at workplaces could also have a direct impact on all stakeholders.
