Thursday, December 23, 2004 -- Maccabi Tel Aviv midfielder Baruch Dego has been recalled to the national team after a two-year absence.

Dego who made his last of two appearances against Moldova in 2003, will be part of the 22-man squad which will travel to Eilat for a three-day training camp on December 27-29.

Dego scored all four of Maccabi's goals in the Champions League campaign this season, which certainly caught the eye of national team coach Avraham Grant.
