PARKROYAL Grill restaurant at Grand Plaza Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur will be having a foie gras promotion from Jan 6 to 16.

Sous chef Mohd Firdaous Mohd Izhar, 29, has put together a special a la carte menu featuring foie gras. The chef, who has nine years' experience under his belt, enjoys cooking French dishes.
