For people who are still upset about voting problems in Ohio during the election, tomorrow might be the last chance to air grievances. That's when the results of the election are set to be certified at a special joint session of Congress. But several members of the Congressional Black Caucus are planning to object to the results and are hoping to start a debate on the floor.
