Byline: Betty Saw
Edition: 2*

Q: COULD I have the recipe for a moist coconut cake? My husband loves coconut cakes and the one I have calls for sour milk which I can't get at our local supermarket. Can I use fresh coconut instead of dessicated coconut? A: YOU can use low-fat yoghurt for sour milk or mix a teaspoon lime juice to half cup milk for your recipe. Fresh grated coconut can be used instead of dessicated coconut; just double the amount.
