In this presidential election year, one issue is triggering more debate than any other. How Americans feel about the war in Iraq seems to affect how they feel about everything else, and that could decide the election. Yet it is not clear that challenger John Kerry would approach the next steps in Iraq all that differently if he replaces President Bush. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
