Controversy over the outcome of the 2000 Presidential race has many voters
questioning whether or not their vote will count in the upcoming November
election. With many feeling President Bush essentially stole the presidency
via Florida, age old questions of the Electoral College have arisen again.
After all, in 2000, if the presidency were decided on the popular vote
alone, Al Gore would have been America's 43rd President. With the 2004
Presidential election around the corner, it is important for voters to
