SA: Appeals to keep Hicks in Guantanamo Bay for years: Mori

ADELAIDE, Feb 1 AAP - The American military lawyer representing David Hicks today predicted
more appeals would leave the Australian terrorist suspect at Guantanamo Bay for years.
A US federal court overnight ruled that Guantanamo Bay prisoners could challenge their
confinement and that their military tribunal review processes were unconstitutional.
Hicks' military lawyer Major Michael Mori said the ruling was a victory for Hicks and
the other detainees.
