Some 50 guests at a spa in central Sweden may have come down with the bacteria that causes Legionnaire's Disease, officials said Wednesday, but official results weren't expected until Friday.
The guests were staying at the Dalecarlia Hotel in Taellberg in Dalarna, some 220 kilometers (138 miles) north of the capital, Stockholm, when they fell ill late last week.
Olle Rydberg, a state environmental inspector, said the guests, all of whom were there for a company-sponsored seminar, had been in the hotel's whirlpool during their stay.
