Commonwealth Games Federation president Michael Fennell said Tuesday that New Delhi was getting on track for the 2010 games despite a delayed start of its infrastructure plans.

"I traveled to New Delhi amid concerns about the city meeting the deadlines for preparing the infrastructure, but I'm leaving with a high level of satisfaction," Fennell told reporters at the end of his four-day visit to analyze the city's preparations.
