Sunday, February 20, 2005 -- Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei is expected on Monday to seek the approval of the Palestinian Legislative Council for his new cabinet as some legislators and columnists accuse him of failing to make real changes.

It's not clear at this stage if the new-old cabinet will win the confidence of the PLC. Some legislators said over the weekend that they intend to vote against the cabinet when it is presented to the council because it does not include new faces.
