(Daily Evergreen) (U-WIRE) PULLMAN, Wash. -- Red and black streamers hung from the walls and ceiling, which contrasted the bleach-white walls of the Livestock Pavilion for Friday's Punk Rock Prom.
The huge, white room morphed into a parade of red and black, highlighted by balloons and free, multi-colored cloth patches with paid admission. The Briefs, 10 Minutes Down and Mourning After provided the music for the Student Entertainment Board sponsored event.
10 Minutes Down brought their blend of punk and ska from Spokane for all to hear. Lead singer Mike Renes bantered with the crowd throughout the musical set.
