Safety March 10, 2005 It gives me great pleasure to introduce our keynote
speaker, the Honorable Charles (Chuck) Grassley, Chairman of the U.S. Senate
Finance Committee, and member of a number of other key Senate panels, including
Judiciary, Budget, and Agriculture. Usually, people put the word "powerful"
before "Finance Committee," and that would be an accurate description of
