The Arab world is facing a population "time bomb" and urgently needs to reform governments, education systems and cultural rules that keep women out of the work force, or the region will be eclipsed by nimble economies in India, China and elsewhere, a World Economic Forum report said Saturday.
Arab leaders meeting here said the document is the clearest-yet indicator of the region's woes and lays out a distinct road map to fixing them.
