Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., a provider of broadband technology solutions to the hospitality industry, today announced it has closed the previously announced acquisition of Irvine, Calif.- based Golden Tree Communications Inc.
Golden Tree provides high-speed Internet access systems for hotels principally in the United States and Mexico. Golden Tree has installed systems in over 1,200 properties and currently provides support services to over 129,000 rooms.
