China Finance Online to Repurchase Shares

BEIJING, Apr 05, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Finance Online posted an announcement on March 31 that the board of directors had approved a share buyback plan, and it would repurchase at most USD 10 million of American depositary receipts (ADR) in the coming six months.

According to the repurchase plan, China Finance Online will choose proper time to repurchase the shares, and the timing andthe quantity will be decided by the market conditions and otherfactors. All moves will be carried out in line with the relatedregulations.
