For Immediate Release JONES COSPONSORS LEGISLATION TO RESTORE HOUSE ETHICS
RULES April 19, 2005 Washington, D.C.- Third District Representative Walter
B. Jones is co-sponsoring legislation to restore the House Ethics Rules
from the 108th Congress. In January, the House of Representatives voted
to change the rules regarding procedures for handling ethics complaints
for the 109th Congress. House Resolution 131, introduced by Congressman
Alan Mollohan of West Virginia, would reverse many of those changes and
maintain the integrity of the Congressional institution. There are two
