Statement of Raymond T. Wagner, Jr. Chairman, IRS Oversight Board Internal
Revenue Service Committee on House Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation,
Treasury, and Housing and Urban Development, the Judiciary, and District
of Columbia April 19, 2005 Thank you, Mr. Chairman, for this opportunity
to submit a statement before the subcommittee to present the IRS Oversight
Board`s views on the President`s proposed FY2006 budget for the Internal
Revenue Service. The IRS Oversight Board recently released its FY2006 IRS
