Of all the bright flags and billboards dotting Moscow for celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Nazi defeat in World War II, one poster stands out: It shows Josef Stalin against the backdrop of a Red Army soldier raising the Soviet hammer-and-sickle flag atop the Reichstag in Berlin.
