With its unique combination of a strong technology base and a strong
entertainment base, Atlanta stands poised to be the epicenter for this
collision of art and science. This landmark convergence provides the
backdrop for the 2005 Independent Black Film Festival (IBFF), to be held
March 3-6, 2005, in various venues throughout Atlanta's downtown and
midtown areas, including the Woodruff Arts Center, the High Museum, and the
Georgia Centers For Advanced Telecommunications Technology (GCATT).
In its second year, the IBFF achieved great initial success in 2004 by
bringing together great minds from technology, music videos, feature films
