Midea, Champion by Home-made Microwave Oven Exports
CHINA, May 16, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- According to the data from the Customs General Administration of China, Midea, a leading home appliances producer, is the champion by microwave oven export in March, with export of up to 701,625 ovens, a jump of 271.54 percent from the same period of last year.
Globally, the annual demand for microwave ovens is about 50 million units, and China yearly exports 35 million units, accounting for 70 percent of the global export.
