Ancai Hi-tech to Build TFT-LCD Glass Substrate Project

HENAN, May 20, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- SinoCast - - Henan Ancai Hi-tech Co., Ltd., the largest CRT bulb producer in China, announced on May 18 that itwould found a new company with Zhengzhou Construction Investment Corporation to build TFT-LCD glass substrate production line, with a total investment of CNY2.2 billion.

The registered capital of the new company is CNY658.87 million,including CNY461.21 million, or 70 percent, from Ancai Hi-tech and 30 percent from Zhengzhou Construction Investment. The remaining capital would be raised from banking loans. The construction period of the project is two ...
