Statement of Noreen K. Clough Conservation Director, Bass Anglers Sportsman`s
Society Committee on House Resources Subcommittee on Fisheries Conservation,
Wildlife and Oceans May 24, 2005 Mr. Chairman and members of the Subcommittee,
thank you for this opportunity to speak with you today on behalf of the
American Sportfishing Association, to provide our views on the National
Fish Hatchery System from the recreational fishing perspective. In that
regard, I also represent the more than 525,000 members of BASS, the world`s
