Switzerland's image as an Alpine fortress at the center of Europe may not hold up past this weekend.On Sunday, the country's voters will decide in a referendum whether to ratify accords with the European Union that would remove passport controls at Swiss borders and beef up cooperation on questions of security and asylum.And, at a time when others in Europe are busy voting no, the Swiss look likely to say yes.
