Statement of Chen Yonglin First Secretary, Consul for Political Affairs
Committee on House International Relations Subcommittee on Africa, Global
Human Rights and International Operations July 21, 2005 Good afternoon,
Mr. Chairman and members of the Committee. Thank you for this opportunity
to testify. My name is CHEN Yonglin, former Consul for Political Affairs
(First Secretary rank) of the Consulate-General of the P. R. China in Sydney.
I worked in the Chinese Consulate-General in Sydney in the period from
April 26, 2001 to May 26, 2005. Before I came to Sydney, I had worked in
