Clint Mathis had a goal and an assist and Real Salt Lake ended a 10-game winless streak by beating FC Dallas 3-0 Saturday night.

Salt Lake (4-11-4), which hadn't won in two months, set a franchise record for goals and shut out Dallas (10-4-4), the top team in the Western Conference.

Brian Dunseth and Jordan Cila also scored for Real and D.J. Countess stopped seven shots in his fourth shutout of the season.
