phenom Piola brings a diverse selection of 60 thin-crust gourmet pizzas to
New York, including the most basic combinations and the most extravagant
toppings.
Brainchild of owners Stefano Carniato, his brother, Dante, the first Piola
was opened in 1986 in Treviso, Italy, fifteen minutes from Venice. The
brothers named their restaurant Piola, after the popular Venetian wine bars
that dot the canals, intimate places where friends gather, stand around the
