The Armenian Heritage Tribute and Genocide Memorial Foundation has
officially been granted tax-exempt status by the IRS. "On May 17, 2005, we
received notification only forty-six days after our tax-exempt application
was filed," reported Bruce E. Bagdasarian, Esq, partner at the Boston law
firm of Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP, who provided pro bono services
for the preparation and filing of the organizational and tax-exempt
applications documents. With the IRS officially determining that the
Foundation is tax exempt, checks will be made payable to Armenian Heritage
Tribute and Genocide Memorial Foundation or Armenian Heritage Park.
