Wednesday, August 17, 2005 -- US consumer products company Sara Lee International has signed an agreement to sell its 23% stake in clothing company Delta Galil Industries for $27.7 million to GMM Capital LLC, which is owned by Israeli American businessman Isaac Dabah.

Delta, which manufactures apparel for brands such as Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Nike and Ralph Lauren, said on Tuesday that Sara Lee is selling 4.26 million Delta shares for $6.50 each, which represents a 4% reduction on Monday's Nasdaq closing price of $6.77. Delta's shares ...
