Central Arkansas basketball coach Rand Chappell knows what a move to the Southland Conference could mean for his program.
"Everybody dreams of March Madness," Chappell said.
A lot of Central Arkansas officials were dreaming big Thursday when the school announced it is moving up to Division I-AA. Central Arkansas' Board of Directors voted unanimously to accept the Southland Conference's offer. The school applied to the NCAA last year to move from Division II.
