Upcoming celebrity benefits and fundraisers for relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina:
_ Madison Square Garden will host a benefit concert Tuesday in New York. The lineup includes Elton John, Rod Stewart, Jimmy Buffett, Bette Midler, Lenny Kravitz and Fats Domino. The "From the Big Apple to the Big Easy" concert will be available live on pay-per-view television. Major cable operators will give all proceeds to support the long-term relief and rebuilding efforts on the Gulf Coast. The concert will extend across town to Radio City Music Hall, where Dave Matthews, Tom Waits, Trey Anastasio, John Mayer and others will perform.
